2. PURPOSE OF THIS WEBSITE

Bring More Clients provides information and resources concerning business growth, marketing strategy, technology, artificial intelligence, customer engagement, point-of-sale systems, payment processing, online visibility, reputation management, business operations, and related services.

The website may also provide assessments, audits, calculators, reports, educational materials, recommendations, consultations, and links to third-party products or services.

Information provided through this website is for general business and educational purposes. It should not be treated as accounting, tax, legal, investment, or financial advice.

3. WEBSITE TERMS VERSUS CUSTOMER AGREEMENTS

These Terms govern access to and use of this website.

If you purchase, receive, or agree to consulting, marketing, payment-processing, point-of-sale, technology, advertising, software, implementation, or other professional services, those services may be governed by a separate proposal, order form, service agreement, processing agreement, provider agreement, or other written contract.

If a separate signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, the separate signed agreement will control for the services covered by that agreement.

Submitting a contact form, scheduling a consultation, receiving a free assessment, or communicating with Bring More Clients does not create a customer, partnership, fiduciary, employment, or agency relationship unless confirmed in a separate written agreement.

4. ELIGIBILITY AND BUSINESS USE

This website is intended primarily for business owners, managers, authorized business representatives, and other adults who are at least 18 years old.

By submitting information about a business, you represent that:

  • You are authorized to provide that information.
  • The information is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
  • Your submission does not violate another person’s rights or confidentiality obligations.
  • You will not provide payment-card numbers, passwords, Social Security numbers, or other highly sensitive information unless we specifically request it through an approved secure process.

5. PERMITTED USE

You may use the public portions of this website for lawful personal or internal business purposes.

You may not:

  • Use the website for an unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, its servers, accounts, databases, or connected systems.
  • Introduce malicious code, viruses, automated attacks, or harmful technology.
  • Scrape, copy, harvest, or extract website content or data through unauthorized automated means.
  • Copy, resell, sublicense, distribute, frame, mirror, or commercially exploit the website or its content without written permission.
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your relationship with a business.
  • Interfere with the website’s security, operation, or availability.
  • Use our content, reports, tools, branding, or intellectual property to create a competing product or service without written permission.

We may restrict or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

6. ASSESSMENTS, AUDITS, X-RAYS AND REPORTS

Bring More Clients may provide free or paid business assessments, digital-presence audits, profitability reviews, payment-processing reviews, point-of-sale reviews, marketing audits, technology-stack reviews, or other reports.

These assessments may rely on:

  • Information provided by you or your employees.
  • Publicly available business information.
  • Third-party software, platforms, databases, and reporting tools.
  • Estimates, industry benchmarks, assumptions, and incomplete information.
  • Point-of-sale reports, payment-processing statements, marketing reports, or other business records you authorize us to review.

Assessments and reports provide a limited snapshot based on the information available at the time. They are not audits performed under accounting, legal, or other professional standards.

Figures concerning costs, savings, sales, profitability, customer activity, marketing performance, or potential opportunities are estimates unless expressly identified as verified results.

You are responsible for independently reviewing information and recommendations before making a business, financial, operational, marketing, technology, point-of-sale, or payment-processing decision.

7. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

Business results vary. Bring More Clients does not guarantee:

  • Increased sales, revenue, profits, customers, reviews, rankings, traffic, or transactions.
  • Reduced costs, processing expenses, labor costs, food costs, advertising costs, or operating expenses.
  • Approval by a payment processor, bank, software provider, advertising platform, or other third party.
  • Specific search-engine, social-media, advertising, Google Business Profile, or local-ranking results.
  • That a recommended product, provider, strategy, or technology will be suitable for every business.
  • That any estimated savings, opportunities, or improvements will be achieved.

Past performance, examples, projections, testimonials, case studies, and sample reports do not guarantee future results.

Results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, customer demand, pricing, staffing, implementation, advertising budgets, platform changes, business management, and the accuracy of information provided to us.

Please review our Earnings and Results Disclaimer and Testimonials and Results Disclosure for additional information.

8. THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

We may discuss, recommend, demonstrate, refer, resell, implement, or provide links to third-party products and services.

These may include:

  • Point-of-sale systems.
  • Payment-processing services.
  • Software and technology platforms.
  • Marketing and advertising services.
  • Customer relationship management systems.
  • Reputation-management services.
  • Online ordering and delivery services.
  • Artificial-intelligence services.
  • Telecommunications and business services.
  • Other professional or operational resources.

Third-party products and services are controlled by their respective providers. Their pricing, approval requirements, underwriting, contracts, availability, performance, security, support, and privacy practices are governed by their own terms.

Bring More Clients does not control and is not responsible for a third party’s actions, services, website, terms, pricing, availability, or performance.

You are responsible for reviewing the provider’s agreement before purchasing, enrolling, processing payments, or establishing an account.

9. AFFILIATE, REFERRAL, RESELLER AND COMPENSATION RELATIONSHIPS

Bring More Clients may receive compensation when you purchase, enroll in, use, or establish an account with a recommended provider.

Compensation may include:

  • Affiliate commissions.
  • Referral fees.
  • Sales commissions.
  • Recurring commissions.
  • Payment-processing residuals.
  • Revenue sharing.
  • Reseller compensation.
  • Marketing or consulting compensation.
  • Free or discounted products or services.
  • Other financial or business benefits.

When required, we will provide a clear disclosure near the applicable recommendation, offer, link, comparison, or call to action.

The possibility of compensation does not guarantee that a product or service is appropriate for your business. You should independently evaluate the provider, contract, pricing, features, and obligations.

Please review our Affiliate and Referral Compensation Disclosure for additional information.

10. PRICING AND OFFERS

Prices, promotions, free trials, complimentary assessments, discounts, estimated savings, and service packages may change at any time before a separate agreement is accepted.

A website description, conversation, assessment, example, or estimate is not a binding offer unless it is included in a written proposal, order form, or agreement authorized by Bring More Clients.

Third-party providers control their own pricing, fees, underwriting, approval requirements, contracts, and promotional terms.

If a separate agreement includes recurring services, cancellation requirements, renewal provisions, or payment obligations, those terms will be stated in that agreement.

11. TESTIMONIALS, REVIEWS AND ENDORSEMENTS

Testimonials and reviews represent the experiences and opinions of the people or businesses providing them. Individual results vary.

Bring More Clients may request reviews following a free or paid interaction. Reviews must be voluntary and should reflect the reviewer’s honest experience.

We do not require a positive review as a condition for receiving an assessment, consultation, trial, benefit, or service.

If a reviewer receives compensation, a free service, a promotional benefit, or another material benefit that could affect how readers evaluate the review, the relationship will be disclosed when required.

We reserve the right not to display content that is unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, discriminatory, obscene, defamatory, unrelated, contains private information, or violates third-party rights. We will not alter a review to change its meaning.

Please review our Testimonials and Results Disclosure for additional information.

If you separately consent to receive marketing text messages, you may opt out by replying STOP or following the instructions included in the message. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing products or services. Message and data rates may apply.

Unsubscribing from marketing messages may not stop important transactional or service-related communications.

16. PRIVACY AND COOKIES

Our collection and use of Personal Information are governed by our Privacy Policy.

The website may use cookies, analytics, advertising technology, pixels, tags, and similar tools. Additional information and available choices are described in our Privacy Policy, Targeted Advertising and Audience Policy, and cookie notice.

17. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY

We try to maintain the website, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, secure, complete, accurate, uninterrupted, or error-free.

We may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any portion of the website, tool, report, or content without notice.

Website content may become outdated. We are not required to update every previously published page, article, report, or recommendation.

18. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS WEBSITE, ITS CONTENT, TOOLS, REPORTS, ASSESSMENTS, AND GENERAL INFORMATION ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

BRING MORE CLIENTS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT ACCESS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

THIS DISCLAIMER DOES NOT REPLACE OR LIMIT AN EXPRESS WARRANTY CONTAINED IN A SEPARATE WRITTEN AGREEMENT SIGNED OR ACCEPTED BY BRING MORE CLIENTS.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS. IN THOSE JURISDICTIONS, THESE EXCLUSIONS APPLY ONLY TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

19. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BRING MORE CLIENTS LLC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, REPRESENTATIVES, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THIS WEBSITE OR RELIANCE ON ITS GENERAL CONTENT.

THIS INCLUDES LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, LOST BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR THE COST OF REPLACEMENT SERVICES.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PUBLIC WEBSITE AND ITS FREE CONTENT WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

  • The amount you paid directly to Bring More Clients specifically for the website feature giving rise to the claim during the preceding three months; or
  • One hundred dollars.

This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. It also does not replace a liability provision contained in a separate written customer agreement.

20. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bring More Clients LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives from third-party claims arising from:

  • Your unlawful or unauthorized use of the website.
  • Information or materials you submit without proper authority.
  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your infringement of another person’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.

This section does not require you to indemnify Bring More Clients for its own fraud, willful misconduct, or obligations that cannot legally be transferred to you.

21. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND ARBITRATION

Before filing a formal claim, you and Bring More Clients agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally.

A party initiating a dispute must send written notice describing the issue and requested resolution. The parties will have at least 30 days after receipt of the notice to attempt to resolve the matter.

If the dispute is not resolved, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under the rules applicable to the type of dispute.

The arbitration will:

  • Be conducted by one neutral arbitrator.
  • Take place in San Bernardino County, California, unless the parties agree to a remote proceeding or another location.
  • Be conducted on an individual basis.
  • Not be combined with another person’s claim without the written agreement of all parties.
  • Apply California law, except where federal law controls.

The arbitrator may award the same individual remedies that would be available in court, subject to applicable law.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from:

  • Bringing an eligible individual claim in small claims court.
  • Seeking temporary or emergency relief to protect intellectual property, confidential information, accounts, systems, or data.
  • Reporting an issue to a government agency.
  • Exercising a right that cannot lawfully be waived.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND BRING MORE CLIENTS WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

If an applicable law makes a part of this arbitration section unenforceable, the remaining enforceable provisions will continue to apply unless the invalid provision defeats the essential purpose of this section.

A separate customer or provider agreement may contain its own dispute-resolution provisions. If so, that agreement will control disputes arising specifically from the services covered by it.

22. GOVERNING LAW, JURISDICTION AND VENUE

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

For disputes that are not required to be arbitrated, the parties consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the state courts located in San Bernardino County, California, and the federal courts located in the Central District of California.

23. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms as our website, services, technology, or legal obligations change.

The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law permits otherwise.

Your continued use of the website after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Changes to an existing paid service or signed customer agreement will be governed by the modification provisions in that separate agreement.

24. SEVERABILITY

If a provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified only to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

25. NO WAIVER

Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.

26. ASSIGNMENT

You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written permission.

We may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or transfer of the website or business.

27. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with the policies expressly referenced in them, constitute the agreement concerning use of the public website.

They do not replace a separate proposal, order form, customer agreement, payment-processing agreement, nondisclosure agreement, or other written contract.
